Cancellation Policy:
Registered but can't make it to the event?
In the event that you register for the workshop and cannot make it (emergency, family related issues, inclement weather, etc); you will be able to take another class from us in lieu of the one you missed within a year of the original registration date. Otherwise the conditions stated above apply.
- You may cancel three weeks (21 days) prior to the event for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
- Cancelling two weeks prior to the event: you will receive a 75% refund of the ticket price minus the $25 processing fee. For example, if the registration fee was $200 and you cancel within two weeks, you will receive 75% of the $200 which is $150 minus $25 processing fee for a total refund of $125.
- Cancelling one week prior to the event: you will receive 50% of the ticket price minus $25 processing fee.
- No refund is issued five days before the workshop.
- Alternatively, you may opt to take one of our workshops at a later date, within one year of the workshop you registered for, provided that you pay the difference between the price of the workshop you registered for and the price of the scheduled workshop you will take.

- Sinno Communication reserves the right to change any dates, pricing, or policies without notice. In the event we must cancel a workshop, you will get a full refund.
